[Coverage] MTV Sessions with B.A.P in Singapore

Put your hands up for B.A.P! B.A.P is the first ever K-pop act to be featured on MTV Sessions. B.A.P MTV Sessions was held at Resort World Sentosa’s Waterfront Studios this week, performing exclusively for over 300 of their lucky fans. As soon as the 6 members of BAP got up on stage, the boys greeted everyone with their signature “we are B.A.P YES SIR!” and bowed 90 degrees. The members expressed that they miss their Singapore fans and are very delighted to be back.

B.A.P kick-started the show with  “Excuse Me” then moved on with “Hurricane” which turned the studio into a mini concert for the fans. The entire studio jumped along with the heated atmosphere like a concert.

Taking a short break after the two powerful performance, a Q&A session with MTV VJs Alan and Hanli.
Fans sent in their questions for the Q&A session and BAP answered chosen questions on stage.

1. How do they feel here in Singapore for the 3rd time?
They are proud and honoured to be here and are thankful for all the fans who came to support them today!

2. Who is the quietest member of BAP?
As soon as the question was revealed, fans were screaming out Jongup’s name!
They counted down together and chose Yonguk!

3. What are your plans for the next 6 months?
They will be releasing their new Japanese album in November so they will be getting busy with promotions in Japan soon!

4. Which member takes the longest to shower?
The boys took turns to answer and they mentioned Jongup and Yonguk. When it was Daehyun’s turn to answer, he couldn’t decide who to pick and cutely went with “I give up” instead!

After the Q&A session, BAP remained on stage sitting on high stools to perform “Where Are You”.
Fans chanted and sang along with BAP passionately and the members lead the audience to wave their hands together in unity, ending the song with a sweet “we love you” to Singapore BABYs!

Next up is “Love Sick”.

When asked, what is their favorite food in Singapore, all 6 of them replied and even shouted “Chilli Crab!” enthusiastically and even danced while chanting “CHILLI CRAB”!
Yongjae, the only member that likes Malay food, also loves Laska!

Before they end the recording with their last song Angel (1004) , they thanked all the fans who came to the recording and said that Singapore BABYs are their angels! How sweet!
